Change Your Mind’s Services
All of my services are available either in-person or online, wherever in the world you may be. My physical practice is based in beautiful Louisville, Kentucky, and you are warmly welcomed to come see me in my cozy office if you live in the Kentuckiana region or are planning a visit to the area.
Many healing modalities do not translate well into the virtual realm (Tried remote acupuncture recently? I am sorry) but luckily, hypnosis is proven to retain all of its effectiveness through video or even audio-only sessions. I’m happy to meet you literally anywhere on earth for your hypnosis session.
Single Hypnotherapy Session
Signing up for a single session is a good choice if you want to experience the power of hypnosis firsthand. All intelligent, able-minded people can enter trance and benefit from the deep healing and relaxation hypnosis offers. Those feeling a little skeptical are encouraged to try a single session, which can always be upgraded to a package.

Try my Classic Package which includes three 60-minute sessions at a discount from the single session option.
Change Your Mind Deep Transformation Package
The Deep Transformation Package gives you time to get to the root of what’s getting in your way. You’ll learn to utilize your own unique experience of trance to create dramatic and long-lasting positive effects in your life. This package includes five 60-minute sessions.
Change Your Mind Radical Reinvention Package
Hypnotherapy is a healing journey that helps you understand the unconscious patterns that shape your identity and actions. With the Radical Reinvention package, you’ll learn to expand your sense of self and explore possibilities that previously seemed impossible. This package is best for those dealing with persistent challenges, hard-to-break habits, chronic health problems, or looking to create radical 360 life changes.
The Radical Reinvention package includes eight 60-minute sessions, plus a six month follow up consultation.
