Virtual Hypnotherapy Sessions

Professional hypnotherapy. Available anywhere.

Why I’ve Moved to Online-Only

After years of practicing out of an office in Louisville, I’ve transitioned my practice to fully virtual. Online sessions remove the barriers of travel, traffic, and geography. You get the same high quality hypnotherapy—now from your own space.

Does Hypnotherapy Work Online?

Yes. Hypnosis is an internal process, not a physical one. While there is something nice about being in the same room, for hypnosis to work all you need is a place where you can focus and relax. As long as you’re able to hear my voice, follow along with my guidance, and respond to my questions, you’ll be able to enter trance without issue.

Research and clinical experience both show that virtual hypnotherapy retains the same effectiveness as in-person sessions. The trance state you enter is yours, regardless of whether we’re meeting face-to-face or over video.

What You Need for a Session

A successful online session requires very little:

  • A quiet, private space where you won’t be interrupted

  • A comfortable place to sit or lie back—your couch, bed, or favorite chair works perfectly

  • A laptop or desktop computer; or a phone or tablet (that you won’t have to hold)

  • An up-to-date browser like Chrome, Brave, or Microsoft Edge

That’s it. Headphones are optional. Pajamas are fine.

Benefits of Virtual Sessions

No commute. Your session starts when you say it does. No driving, no parking, no waiting room.

Your environment, your rules. You control the temperature, the lighting, and the seating. For many clients, this deepens relaxation significantly.

Access from anywhere. You don’t need to live in Louisville—or even Kentucky. As long as you have an internet connection, you can work with me.

A Note on Privacy and Presence

Some clients worry they’ll feel less connected online. In practice, most report the opposite. Being in a familiar, safe environment often helps them drop into trance more quickly. I can still read your breathing, your facial expressions, and your shifts in state. The work remains collaborative and attuned.

However, a busy, loud, or crowded house can make it harder to feel comfortable discussing personal issues—especially if you’re worried someone who may be contributing to those issues is within earshot. We suggest booking sessions for times when you know you’ll be able to speak openly and candidly about whatever is going on.

If privacy is still a concern, placing a speaker playing white noise outside the door can help ensure we’ll be able to meet without others overhearing.

Ready to Begin?

If you’ve been unsure about online hypnotherapy, I invite you to try one session. You’ll experience the depth of the work firsthand—from the comfort of your own home.
