Scheduling a Session

You can use the following links to schedule your next session—in person or online—or request a check-in phone call.

Information for In Person Sessions

 

In person sessions are held at b.mindful, located at:

When you arrive, park in the spaces marked with white lines closest to the building (they're actually white painted over yellow lines). You're welcome to wait in the waiting room or your car—whichever you prefer.

We ask that you wear a mask while in the waiting room and hallways. You are welcome to remove your mask for your session if you’d prefer.

If you are running late or need to notify me for any reason, text (502) 276-5633. Do not call as my phone will be on do not disturb so as not to interrupt a client session.


Information for Online Sessions

I prefer to use Zencastr for online sessions. It’s free browser-based program with significantly fewer audio/video issues than similar programs like Google Meet or Zoom. Zencastr requires a desktop or laptop (i.e. not a mobile device or tablet) running an up-to-date version of Google Chrome, Brave, or Microsoft Edge. You can learn more about Zencastr’s requirements here.

To use Zencastr, simply open the link in your calendar invite, then give Zencastr camera and microphone permissions. There is no need to download any software, just give it permissions and you’ll be good to go.

Prior to your session, you can do a test run of Zencastr by clicking your unique link. Share the link with someone else and they can also log in to confirm your video and audio are working correctly. This lets us use your session time for relaxing hypnotherapy, rather than troubleshooting.

If you can’t use Zencastr or prefer another program, email me at changeyourmindky@gmail.com before your session and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

For your online session, you'll want to be in a quiet place where you can sit or lie back comfortably without being interrupted. Headphones can be helpful, but are not required. The session is set up for video, since it helps me to be able to see you, but don’t worry about looking a certain way. As long as you’re comfortable and I can see you, you’re all set.


Policies

  • Cancellations and Rescheduling - Please provide a minimum of 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. More advanced notice is always appreciated, as this allows me to open that time for other clients. Less than 24 hour notice or “no-call, no-shows” will result in the loss of the full fee for the session.

  • Payment Policy - Payment for any session is required at least 48 prior to the session. If the payment has not been received and we’ve not discussed an alternate arrangement, the session will canceled and need to be re-booked after payment is completed.

  • Refunds and Incomplete Packages - Packages allow me to offer discounts to clients for paying upfront and help me ensure clients complete the appropriate number of sessions for their treatment. As we are dealing with complex issues, I want to make sure we have the time and space to get to the heart of the matter and you continue to feel supported after a habit is removed.

    In cases where a client feels they’ve successfully completed their goal or removed a habit prior to completing their package, the client is welcome to use their remaining sessions for other work, general relaxation, or gift them to a family member or friend. Refunds are not available for incomplete packages.


Frequently Asked Questions

How many sessions do I have left in my package?

Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll see the number of sessions you have remaining at the end of the event title. For example, “Hypnotherapy - Your Name (at b.mindful) [2/5]” means this is session 2 out of a 5 session package.

How do I sign up for recurring sessions after my package?

Many clients decide they’d like to continue regular sessions after completing their initial package. We’ll discuss these options at your final session or in a separate phone call. Recurring clients pay ~$80 per session and are charged monthly, with the price depending on whether you want weekly, biweekly, or monthly sessions.

Can I book multiple sessions at a time?

If you’d like to book multiple sessions, you can use the links above to book each session. You’re also welcome to request a phone call or bring it up in session and I can help you book recurring sessions in a specific time slot or several sessions out in advance, depending on your unique needs.

Can I refer someone to you?

I’m always delighted to take referrals from satisfied clients! To make a referral, simply have the person email me at changeyourmindky@gmail.com, submit a Session Request form, or text me at (502) 276-5633. Tell them to mention your name when we speak and I’ll gladly offer you a referral discount on your future sessions or packages.

How can I leave a review for you?

The majority of my clients find my business through Google, so writing a Google Review is a huge help. I have new clients tell me every week that reading reviews helped them feel confident and excited about trying hypnotherapy. You can write a review for my Google Business page here.
